 1.  How do I contact customer support?

 

 

Please understand that during periods of high inquiries, there may be delays in processing and responding to your email. To ensure you receive our response, please also check your spam folder.

 2.  How do I know if my order was successful?

 

  • After completing your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

 

 3.  Can I add more items to my order after it has been placed?

 

  • Unfortunately, it's not possible to add items to an already completed order.If you'd like to order more items, please place a separate order.

 

 4.  My size is sold out. What can I do?

 

  • If the item you desire is sold out, you can reach out to us via email. If that particular product is in process to restock, you can join the waitlist for this item. 

 

 5.  Are items in the shopping cart reserved?

 

  • The items you added to your shopping cart are not reserved.

 

 6. Can I track the delivery of my order?
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping service provider's website, where you can track your order.

 7. I have received damaged or faulty goods.
  • We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a faulty item. We want to ensure you receive a flawless and high-quality product. Please send an email to our customer support at contact@oddaffair.com,, including photos and a description of the damage, along with your order number. We will address your concern as quickly as possible. We keep a window of 14 days open for this process. 

 8. What shipping time should I expect?
  • For ready products, our shipping time is 3-4 business days.
  • For made-to-measure products, our shipping time is 7-8 business days.

 9. How do I know what size I need?
  • To determine your size, feel free to use our Size Guide, which can be found next to each item. Please esure to read about the fit of the garment. Additionally, you  can reacch out to us for better assistance. 

 10. Can I return or exchange the purchased product?
  • We currently do not have a Return/Refund Policy . However, size exchange is possible within 7-8 days. Write to us on contact@oddaffair.com for assistance and updates with your order number on subject. 

 11. Item defective after 14 days period? 
  • If your item is defective after the expiration of the 14-day period, please contact our customer support at contact@oddaffair.com for surther assistance. 

 12. How do I best care for my product?
  • Wash Cold - Reverse wash only - Do not iron on print -  Do not bleach -  Do not tumble dry - Gentle Air dry only.
